One of my friends who works in the medical field told me yesterday regarding the subject of human height "if one is over 6ft4, its almost a slow death sentence". in a bit more detail what does he mean by "slow death sentence". sorry as well if i am offending or upsetting anybody who is over 6ft4 that is reading this

He probably means something like: Being tall comes with certain health issues that negatively impact life expectancy. It seems rather strongly worded, just like saying that smoking is like a slow death sentence. And in that vein, living itself is that as well.
