W. Golf. UTEP Women's Golf Team Tied For 10th at Blue Raider Invite

UTEP's Nathalie Castillo is tied for 22nd place with a six-over-par 150 (75-75) through 36 holes.

The UTEP women's golf team completed the first day of the Blue Raider Invitational on Monday in Murfreesboro, Tenn. tied for 10th place.

The Miners fired rounds of 306 and 307 for a total of 613. Middle Tennessee State leads the 18-team field (299-291-590) with 18 holes to play on Tuesday.

UTEP's Nathalie Castillo is tied for 22nd place with a six-over-par 150 (75-75). Emma Edin is tied for 26th place (75-76-151), Camino Sardinero is tied for 43rd place (75-79-154), Maria Velasco is tied for 68th place (81-78-159) and Emma Burman is tied for 72nd place (82-78-160).
