DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) ? Sarah Palin is in the political spotlight again with her scheduled appearance at a tea party rally Saturday in Iowa.
The former Alaska governor hasn't ruled out a run for president in 2012. She's said she expects to announce a decision this fall.
The 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee has sent few signals in Iowa and other early-voting states that she plans to jump into the race.
But she's making her second appearance in Iowa in the past month this weekend.
She drew crowds at the Iowa State Fair in August just as most of the 2012 GOP contenders were in the state for a debate and a straw poll.
Saturday's rally is near Indianola, south of Des Moines.
